Elie Sprung Joins Kansas City Office
Last October, Elie Sprung joined Husch Blackwell upon returning to the United States from Modiin, Israel, and has recently been admitted to the Missouri Bar. Sprung lived in Israel since the age of 13, received his law degree and spent his first decade of legal practice there.
An Associate on Husch Blackwell’s Corporate team, Sprung handles transactional and other corporate work, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment Management and Commercial Contracting, for a full range of clients – from private, emerging-growth companies in the initial and developmental stages of business to large, publicly traded companies.
In Israel, Sprung was a Senior Associate at the law firm Ori Rosen & Co. (2007-2011), practicing in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and commercial law. Prior to that, Sprung worked for the law firm Yigal Arnon & Co. (2001-2007), initially as an intern and advancing to Associate after passing the Israeli Bar (2002). Sprung’s work at Yigal Arnon focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and securities law matters.
Sprung received his LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University, Law Faculty, in Ramat-Gan, Israel (2002). He also received his LL.B., with honors, from Bar-Ilan University, Law Faculty (2001).
