William Rearden Starts in Firm's St. Louis Office
Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that William A. Rearden joined the firm's St. Louis office as an Associate. He will focus his practice in Corporate law.
Prior to joining the firm, Rearden practiced Corporate law at a mid-sized St. Louis firm (2007-2011), where he worked on commercial and financial transactions, mergers and multi-million dollar acquisition agreements and securities. In addition, he counseled clients in trademark and copyright issues.
Rearden received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law (2007), where he earned six Academic Excellence Awards. Before entering law school, Rearden taught public speaking at a public high school in the Fox C-6 school district (2001-2004). He received his B.A. from the University of Missouri - Columbia (1998).
