Situation
BMO Harris Bank sought assistance in strategically deploying its New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) allocation. We represented the bank in all stages of the NMTC process for three construction projects: a public library, a grocery store and lofts.
Results
Our multidisciplinary team secured the tax credit allocation, obtained investments from tax credit investors and deployed $22.5 million in NMTC into projects benefiting low-income communities.
