In looking to construct a 135,000-square-foot manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facility in Pennsylvania, our client, one of the leading plastic container manufacturers in the U.S., looked to Husch Blackwell for legal assistance with site development, incentives and related transactional details for the project.
Result
In addition to handling transactional details, our team assisted with obtaining a funding proposal from the state’s economic development agency, which included property tax abatement and job creation tax credits. Our client plans on making a significant investment at its new location, which should boost job creation efforts in the area in the years that follow.
