Situation

Frisco Lofts LP wanted to convert the historic Landmark Building in downtown Springfield, Mo., into new affordable housing for the physically disabled. Our team helped the company obtain tax abatement, close its tax-exempt bond financing, and complete syndication of federal and state low income housing and historic tax credits.

Result

The approved project will turn a 76,000-square-foot office building into the Frisco Lofts, a development with 68 apartments offering special services, covered parking and 100 percent accessibility for people with disabilities.
