Nationwide community development financial institution (CDFI) needed on-the-ground experience for bridge loan placement assistance for affordable housing projects in Missouri.
Result
Husch Blackwell represented the client in the implementation of $5 million in bridge loans for a nearly $20 million affordable housing project for seniors and physically impaired residents in St. Louis. We’ve also represented the client in similar projects in the southeast.
