Situation
Provided project planning, environmental compliance and permitting advice for a major agricultural mineral mining project on Federal lands. Coordinated all environmental permitting and provided regulatory support for the project’s National Environmental Policy Act review requirements.
Result
All permits issued on time and with fully acceptable conditions. Developed state-of-the-art environmental protections and safeguards to address proximity to an important river system, a nesting pair of bald eagles and nearby impaired-quality water.
