Federal procurement law has been Claude's focus for more than 20 years. He represents clients in corporate internal fraud investigations; federal and state court actions involving false claims, subcontracts, consulting agreements and misappropriation of trade secrets; agency suspensions and debarments; government contract claims; Court of Federal Claims and Government Accountability Office (GAO) bid protests; and default terminations.
Claude joined the firm as Partner in 2010. Previously, he practiced at Akerman Senterfitt LLP from 2006 to 2010; Wickwire Gavin, P.C. from 1999 to 2006; Kilcullen, Wilson, Kilcullen, Chtd. from 1995 to 1999; Jenner & Block from 1990 to 1995; and Keck, Mahin & Cate from 1987 to 1990. He also served in the United States Navy, Judge Advocate General’s Corps, from 1979 to 1987.
