Chuck concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, commercial real estate and mergers and acquisitions. He handles asset and stock acquisitions of various entities including auto parts businesses, manufacturers, retailers and distributors. Chuck has extensive experience in real estate purchase, sale and development transactions of all types.
Prior to its merger with the firm in 2002, Chuck was a Partner in the Springfield law firm of Greene & Curtis.
