Christina fights for clients in complex commercial litigation disputes and employment actions at the state and federal levels.
With a focus on business disputes, Christina represents clients in a broad range of cases, including workplace injuries, employment issues, premises liability, insurance and indemnity obligations, non-compete enforcement, and intellectual property rights. She is involved in all aspects of litigation from the initial filing or defense of a lawsuit through trial and has represented clients in state and federal courts across the nation, achieving favorable verdicts in both bench and jury trials. She is known for being the most prepared attorney in the courtroom. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to representing and advising staffing companies and their clients. As a part of the firm’s franchise and distribution team, Christina also regularly advises and represents franchisors in franchise-related disputes.
With nearly 15 years of experience as a litigator, Christina brings a practical and business-minded perspective to every case. Her approach is grounded in understanding the full impact of litigation on the client’s business and developing strategies that align with the client’s broader business goals. Since 2022, Christina has served as co-chair of HB WE, Husch Blackwell’s Employee Resource Group for the women of the firm, having previously served on its predecessor group, the Women’s Initiative Subcommittee, starting in 2017.
