Christi advises clients on human resources issues, including policy development and enforcement, federal and state-by-state discrimination and retaliation issues, the Family Medical Leave Act, wage and hour issues and restrictive covenants.
Christi also defends employers against discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour claims brought in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She has significant litigation experience, especially in the defense of multi-state collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act, including obtaining decertification of a nationwide class.
Before joining the firm in 2004, she practiced law in-house for three years.
