Kate's practice focuses on products liability, pharmaceutical litigation, professional malpractice litigation, general tort litigation and commercial litigation. She has extensive complex litigation experience and has handled all levels and types of litigation from inception through appeal. Kate also provides advice on compliance with FDA and state regulations governing pharmacies, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and users. She also provides expertise and guidance to clients from a wide variety of industries regarding Medicare Secondary Payer Act and MMSEA Section 111 reporting compliance.
