Bryan focuses his practice on products liability and business litigation.

Bryan served as the Chief Prosecutor and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney at Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, SC in 1999. He was also on the Marine trial team prosecuting two Marine aviators involved in the Italian cable car strike. In 1993, Bryan was chosen as one of three Marine officers for the funded law program. Prior to attending law school, Bryan served as a financial management officer and was responsible for an annual budget in excess of $4 billion.

In November 2001, Bryan was mobilized by the Marine Corps for service in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. During his eight-month mobilization, Bryan served with the First Marine Expeditionary Force and as a Marine augmentee assigned to the Coalition Forces Land Component Command located in Camp Doha, Kuwait. During this mobilization, Bryan worked on numerous legal issues including the status of detainees captured in Afghanistan, procedures for military tribunals and the Walker Lindh investigation.
