Bruce's primary areas of practice are commercial, insurance coverage, product liability, transportation and personal injury litigation. An accomplished trial attorney, he tried his first jury trial in 1991 as a prosecuting intern during law school, and he has tried cases in state and federal court continuously since that time. Bruce’s trial experience includes fraud, product liability, premises liability, professional malpractice, personal injury, negligence, stock appraisal, breach of contract and trademark infringement cases. Bruce has taken cases to trial in seven states. He frequently represents clients on a national basis against individual and class action claims and has appeared in such cases in more than 20 states. Bruce is also a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics, including insurance coverage and trial practice.
