Brooke advises large health systems, hospitals, pharmacy benefit managers and other types of healthcare providers regarding transactional, contractual and regulatory matters. She routinely counsels clients on regulatory compliance matters relating to the Stark Law, the anti-kickback law, the False Claims Act, and Medicare and state Medicaid statutes and regulations. Brooke has experience in drafting and negotiating a number of healthcare related documents, including professional service agreements and employment agreements. She also has experience with research compliance issues.
