Brian is a member of the firm’s Business Services Division and concentrates his practice in the area of banking and finance law. He counsels investors, lenders, community development entities and developers in transactions that generate state and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits and state and federal new markets tax credits.
Before law school, Brian worked as a paralegal at Howrey LLP in Washington, D.C., from 2004 to 2006, as an intern for U.S. Rep. Kenny Hulshof in 2003 and as an intern at the White House in 2003.
