Brian is involved in a broad range of corporate matters, including representing clients in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He provides advice to corporate clients on general commercial matters, including the negotiation and drafting of sales agreements, asset-purchase agreements and business leases.
Brian has significant experience in transportation matters, primarily representing shippers. This experience includes negotiating and drafting transportation agreements with motor, rail and barge carriers and resolving claims for damaged and lost shipments. He also has experience in managing response and remediation efforts after hazardous material spills during transportation.
