About the Attorney:
Adam is involved in all aspects of litigation matters of all sizes for a wide variety of clients in both state and federal court.
In the labor and employment area, Adam has successfully handled dozens of cases to enforce non-compete agreements and prevent the dissemination of trade secrets by former employees.
In the medical malpractice defense area, Adam has substantial experience defending hospitals and nursing homes against claims of negligence and wrongful death.
In the products liability area, Adam has regularly achieved outstanding results for the firm’s clients, including the receipt of favorable verdicts and summary judgments in complicated multi-million dollar cases involving allegations of serious and permanent injuries.
Prior to joining Husch, Adam spent a summer as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael M. Mihm of the U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois. |
