Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of general business and corporate transactions, banking, mergers and acquisitions and litigation.
 
About the Attorney:

In addition to his work representing corporate clients, Michael frequently represents pro bono clients in conjunction with the Prairie State Legal Services Pro Bono Plan. In 2008, he represented a pro bono client in a widely publicized wrongful death case in Peoria County, eventually getting the case against his client dismissed. In 2009, Michael received the Volunteer Lawyer of the Year Award from Prairie State Legal Services and the Peoria County Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a System Administrator with a healthcare company based in Pasadena, California.
