for urban core development and redevelopment. Negotiated financing structures that enabled state and local tax

- Successful corporate relocation of Aquila Energy Corporation from Omaha, Nebraska, to downtown Kansas City, Missouri, including securing state and local tax incentives totaling $15 million
- Counsel for Marcus Hotels, Inc. in the redevelopment of the historic Phillips House Hotel in downtown Kansas City, Missouri
- Counsel for the $80 million redevelopment of President Hotel Block in downtown Kansas City, Missouri
