Andy concentrates his practice in the areas of banking law, commercial finance, bankruptcy, corporate transactions and business litigation.
Andy counsels and represents a variety of clients. He advises banks concerning loan documentation, workout situations, day-to-day operations issues, foreclosures and bankruptcies and corporate structuring. For his business clients, Andy provides advice concerning negotiating contractual terms and resolving contract disputes, and represents clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal court, including bankruptcy litigation. He also provides guidance concerning the formation of business entities and counsels on matters concerning land use.
Prior to joining the firm, Andy practiced law in Boston, and served for two years on the faculty of Boston University School of Law as a writing instructor.
