Adam represents clients in products liability litigation, non-compete enforcement matters, medical malpractice defense and complex commercial and insurance litigation.
Adam is involved in all aspects of litigation matters for a wide variety of clients in both state and federal courts. He has successfully handled dozens of employment cases to enforce non-compete agreements and prevent the dissemination of trade secrets by former employees. In the medical malpractice defense area, Adam has substantial experience defending hospitals and nursing homes against claims of negligence and wrongful death. He has achieved outstanding results for the firm’s products liability clients, including the receipt of favorable verdicts and summary judgments in complicated multi-million dollar cases involving allegations of serious and permanent injuries. In the insurance litigation area, Adam has defended insurance companies against claims arising under the Employee Retirement & Income Security Act (ERISA), life and disability policies and general liability policies.
