Aaron specializes in complex commercial disputes and intellectual property litigation. He has acted as lead and assisting counsel in numerous commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts – as well as arbitrated matters – throughout the United States.
After working for four years in the firm’s London office, Aaron now regularly represents non-U.S. clients in domestic-based litigation matters. He has coordinated the prosecution and defense of numerous cross-border disputes. This includes assisting foreign clients with U.S. litigation matters as well as U.S. clients who have commercial disputes in foreign jurisdictions.
Aaron is a key part of Husch Blackwell’s international practice team and serves as the point of contact for many of the firm’s international affiliates.
